Sales of new homes fall to five-month low : Demand softens in all regions but Midwest

Marketwatch reports:
Sales of new homes in the U.S. fell 3.3% in February to a five-month low, as higher mortgage rates and home prices and bitterly cold weather took a bite out of demand.
After the cold weather passes some new excuse will appear when things go wrong. Koch brothers will probably be blamed.
