Chicago Mail Delivery Still the Worst

The Chicago Sun-Times reports:

Weeks after the city was pegged as one of the worst places in the United States for mail delivery, service remains poor, according to residents, business leaders and elected officials who showed up at a congressional hearing here Thursday.

Uncle Sam the monopoly man.It's time to separate the mail delivery from the government.
