The Men Who Destroyed the Constitution

Thomas DiLorenzo reviews Andrew Napolitano's new book on the destruction of the U.S. Constitution.Here's a rather disturbing quote from the book:
Between 1937 and 1995, not a single federal law was declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court. Not one piece of legislation was seen as exceeding the scope of Congress’s commerce power.
Well,so much for "check and balances".In the real world there aren't any limits on government.Not one single U.S. Supreme Court Justice has ever been impeached and removed from office since 1789.One might say checks and balances don't work 100% of the time.
