Corzine pumped for self-service gas

Casting about for ways to counter price shock at the gas pump, Gov. Jon Corzine is looking at some solutions that could mean culture shock for New Jersey drivers.

Corzine wants to establish a pilot program on the New Jersey Turnpike that would allow motorists to pump their own gasoline -- a practice that has been banned in the state for 57 years.
