AT&T says Bucks county,PA. owes $179,773 phone bill

The Philadephia Inquirer has a report on how one county doesn't want to pay its' phone bill:

AT&T has filed a federal lawsuit against Bucks County, alleging that it owes $179,773 in overdue phone bills.

County officials say that AT&T is mistaken. They say the correct amount owed is $0.

Although six-figure billing disputes between businesses and governments are not uncommon, they rarely land in federal court.
