Federal government breaks labor law

The Boston Globe has a great story on how hypocritical the federal government is:

The inspector general of the US Department of Justice says US Marshal Anthony Dichio violated federal law and should be disciplined for not putting in a full 40-hour work week and for using his government vehicle for personal errands.

''We found that Dichio failed to satisfy the basic 40-hour work week requirement of his position in each of the four weeks we reviewed," said the report by the office of Inspector General Glenn A. Fine, which was released to the Globe yesterday.

They want the private sector to be coerced into the 40 hour work week.
