Does CBS know the difference between cities and suburbs?

Matthew Tulley takes CBS to task for calling Indianapolis a suburb on one of their new TV shows:
What's worrisome is how CBS describes Indianapolis. The show is called "a compelling and suspenseful look at suburbia" and the crimes hidden on "suburbia's quiet and peaceful streets."

Suburbia? Is that what Hollywood thinks of Indianapolis?

Not that there's anything wrong with suburbia. But when you're ranked as the nation's 12th-largest city and the NFL is riding you for a new $500 million-plus stadium, you don't want to be branded suburbia.
You've got to wonder if they can count over at CBS.There's a whole world outside the East and West coasts.
