Cigar smoking is up among local teens, survey shows

The Cleveland Plain Dealer has a report on cigars substituting cigarettes among teens:
Cigar use among teens is outpacing cigarettes, according to Case Western Reserve University and the Cuyahoga County Board of Health.

In the first county survey of its kind, 18.9 percent of 4,486 high school students reported they used cigar products compared with 16.2 percent who reported smoking cigarettes. Cigar use in Cuyahoga County is slightly above the state and national averages.
You have to wonder if all the ant-tobacco campaigns are really working.
