NEW: "We have a lot of Republicans who either did not vote or decided to go and vote for Democrats." Florida's governor-elect Byron Donalds weighs in on the GOP's election losses, pointing to frustration over rising gas and diesel prices and Republicans' failure to advance key legislative priorities. Donalds says Congress missed opportunities to pass the SAVE America Act and codify President Trump's border security policies. "I think there's a frustration out there that we have a responsibility to address."
