UC Berkeley has an acceptance rate of ~11%. They're choosing the illiterates.

They really haven't been choosing the best at UC Berkeley recently. Employers , as always, hiring certain people from UC Berkely can contain substantial risk. Hire wisely: not everyone who goes there can do college level work.
