A federal court has denied @UofCalifornia’s attempt to dismiss a lawsuit brought by AFL and co-counsel Jonathan F. Mitchell, challenging the university’s race-based admissions policies.

This is a big deal. ⬇️

Racial discrimination is illegal. The Supreme Court has already made that clear. No discrimination means no discrimination. Including against White and Asian students.
