It appears that the prosecutor, Sen. Warner-connected Erik Siebert, was slow-walking the Comey case, letting the statute of limitations to expire on Sept 30.

-knew the statue of limitation on Comey ends on September 30, 2025
-did nothing for 8 months
-only managed to subpoena the "vital" witness last week
