U.S. Supreme Court in their Slaughter- House Cases opinion , which is an important 14th Amendment case states that birthright citizenship doesn't apply to illegal aliens. Just a reminder this one of the most cited U.S. Supreme Court cases. Anyone who's been to law school in the U.S. learned this case in Constitutional Law class.
