On the stand Tuesday, Solis said he recorded “somewhere between five and 10” people. He disputed Gair’s contention that he recorded over 100 people.
Gair suggested that Solis recorded former Mayor Rahm Emanuel. Solis said, “I never,” but was interrupted by an objection from prosecutors.
Gair asked if, during Solis’ 2 1/2 years of cooperation, he met with the FBI more than 300 times. Solis said it was “possible.”
