Another failure of Illinois pensions: “Retired” Illinois superintendent with $230,000 annual pension double dips with $300,000 salary in Texas.

It's for the children.

Former Illinois Supt. Tom Leonard retired from Barrington CUSD 220 in 2014, age 57, with a $198K pension. He quickly took a Supt. job in #Texas and earns $300K. Double dip now worth $520K.
