Alleged Chicago rapist violated probation in earlier attack, but nobody tried to track him down — until it was too late

A Lakeview woman says Antoine Jackson raped her near the Belmont CTA station last month.

At the time, he had been in violation of probation — including failing to register as a sex offender — for attacking another woman.
