Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx just beat President Donald Trump in court.

Politico reports:
The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals sided with Cook County and a pro-immigration advocacy group Wednesday night, ruling 2-1 that the Trump administration’s new “public charge” rule would make it harder for immigrants to get green cards and visas.

The rule would have allowed the government to determine who was allowed in the United States based on whether immigrants might be dependent on public benefits like health care, housing, Medicaid or food stamps.
Kim Foxx: let's have more people on public assistance.
