He's so politically correct. He so virtuous. He's a New York Times columnist and a Vice President of the shifty Niskanen Center. He's elitist Will Wilkinson fighting for diversity. Click on the 1:17 : 20 marker of the video. It's hard to listen to Will using the word "like" and saying "you know" a lot:

I’ve noticed for a long time that you know like people who like to listen to me are like other white dudes and it’s always like annoyed me but I’m like probably so like I’m so clearly I’m not appealing to everyone and and was like you know I’m I buy into all the know Scott Page diversity stuff I think I’m going to be wrong if only hear the same thing I for a long long time I’ve been you know …. I will not follow a white guy like I will not follow a white guy on Twitter unless I followed two or three women or two or three people of color first and over time it’s made a difference in my Twitter feed. … I get lots of black twitter.

No word yet on when Will Wilkinson will give up his gig at Niskanen so a minority can have his job all in the name of diversity.
