Did he wear a wire for the FBI on other Congressmen to save his skin? When you are close friends with FBI mole Danny Solis (pictured on the left ) it's hard not to ask these sorts of questions. After all it's not inconceivable to think Danny Solis was wearing a wire on Luis Guiterrez. Has Luis been working on transcripts with the FBI before the coming indictments? Or is Luis just unconcerned about immigration now and doesn't care to criticize Donald Trump ? You decide.
