The collapse of NYC restaurant jobs continued in April, according to new BLS data published today. Compared to a year ago, full-service restaurant jobs are down by more than 6K, or a loss of 17 jobs every day, the worse job losses since 9/11 and the 2001 Recession. Any ideas?
