The NYT Workforce Numbers....

I really commend the @nytimes for making its diversity numbers public. According to our 2018 report:

- Women now make up 51 percent of staff
- People of color represent 30 percent
- 62 percent of new hires in 2018 identified as women and 39 percent were people of color
