How Did David Hogg Get Into Harvard?

How did David Hogg, who couldn’t even get into a public college, get into Harvard with a 1270 SAT score?

Harvard has a 4.5% acceptance rate & the bottom 25% of their students average higher than a 1400 on their SAT’s.
