Is University of California- Merced a racketeering enterprise in violation of the 1964 Civil Rights Act? It appears so. They don't even seem shy about it, check their
website. Illegal aliens can get in state tuition while out of state U.S. citizens pay much higher tuition. Attention Justice Department this is a 14th Amendment case if there ever was one : here's a lay up of a lawsuit:
No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
Why are U.S. citizens being denied equal protection under the law at UC- Merced? Aren't "undocumented California residents" from Arizona entitled to the same great deal as "undocumented California residents" from Mexico? There appears to be a 1996 federal law making
illegal to give in state tuition to illegal aliens.
