Illegal immigrants, Victor Martinez Ramirez and his accomplice, Jose Villagomez, raped 64 year old Marilyn Pharis in her Santa Maria, California home. They then murdered her with a hammer. Ramirez had been arrested 6 times in 15 months including just 2 weeks before the murder.
