Only 10 months prison for African rapist of Swedish woman because his crime ‘was not gross enough’

Refugee pushed a Swedish woman against a wall and raped her.

He has now been sentenced to only 10 months prison because the court didn't think his crime was "gross enough".

Also he's not deported because he "might risk persecution" in Eritrea.
