John Kasich, Republican? Not backing GOP Gov nominee Mike DeWine. Kasich's spokesperson said the governor won't back DeWine unless he agrees to preserve Kasich's Obama Medicaid expansion and JobsOhio program, both of which DeWine has said he wants to alter or partly dismantle.
