In a hearing of the House Energy and Commerce Committee on Capitol Hill Wednesday, Rush talked about how the FBI’s covert surveillance program, called Counter Intelligence Program, or Cointelpro, collected information on civil rights activists like himself.
“Your methodology is similar,” said Rush, who said Facebook was guilty of “truncating” Americans’ rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
