Will President Trump have the CFPB go to the Federal Reserve for the $20 Billion to fund the Wall? Now that government agencies no longer have to be funded by Congress can anything stop this?
Will Donald Trump go around Congress to fund his wall ? After all, the CFPB isn't funded by Congress?
