Can out-of -state U.S. citizens be called "undocumented California residents" for purposes of getting in-state tuition at UCLA?
If illegals on tourist visas can get California in-state tuition why can't out of state U.S. citizens be "undocumented California residents"? Aren't many U.S. citizens Calfornia citizen in every way ? They like the music of the Beach Boys, Van Halen, Michael Jackson, and many more. They might even identify as a California resident by going to a sun tanning booth to maintain a California style tan. Why can't they get in state tuition like many illegals??? Is the state of California violating the privileges and immunities clause of the 14th Amendment?
