Cernovich Promises Protest Outside Matt Damon’s House Over Allegations He Protected Weinstein

Big League Politics reports:
Following damning allegations that Matt Damon directly helped to kill a 2004 New York Times expose on Harvey Weinstein’s decades of sexual misconduct, popular author and journalist Mike Cernovich has promised a protest outside his home.

Former New York Times journalist Sharon Waxman, who previously attempted to report on Weinstein’s behavior, has alleged that “after intense pressure from Weinstein, which included having Matt Damon and Russell Crowe call me directly to vouch for Lombardo and unknown discussions well above my head at the Times, the story was gutted.”

Damon has close ties to Weinstein, as the Hollywood mogul produced “Good Will Hunting,” as well as Damon and Affleck’s reality TV series “Project Greenlight.”

On Monday afternoon, Cernovich tweeted “we will be organizing a protest outside of Matt Damon’s home to address his pattern of covering up for Harvey Weinstein.”
