Knowledgeable Chicago sources suggest that Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel is seriously thinking of running in 2020 for President of the United States. Sources says that Rahm is bored/tired of taking orders on major political matters from Illinois Speaker of the House Mike Madigan and powerful Chicago Alderman Ed Burke. Chicago's union pension problem looks to be unsolvable without much pain. With Chicago heading towards financial insolvency, Rahm is thinking of going back to Washington D.C.
