Progressive group slams Clinton's VP pick

The Progressive Change Campaign Committee (PCCC) on Friday slammed Hillary Clinton's vice presidential pick Sen. Tim Kaine, saying he will create a "new opening to attack Democrats."

"As we saw in Donald Trump’s speech last night, Republicans will run hard against Democrats on trade this year. Unfortunately, since Tim Kaine voted to fast track the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), Republicans now have a new opening to attack Democrats on this economic populist issue," the PCCC said in a statement.
