High Court bar way too high for Deval Patrick

The Boston Herald reports on the odds of Deval Patrick making it to the U.S. Supreme Court :
Deval’s legal acumen can be summed up in one word — three. That’s how many times Deval had to take the bar exam before he passed it.

This “uncommon leader” went to Harvard College and then Harvard Law School and he still flunked the bar exam twice. Kinda makes you wonder how Deval was able to get into Harvard and then the law school. As if we didn’t know
.
There's more:
As appalling as the 1,000-to-1 prospect of his nomination is, it would be amusing to see Deval grilled by Ted Cruz and Jeff Sessions in the Senate. Likewise, it would be fascinating to finally learn his SAT and LSAT scores. We’ll never see Obama’s.

Perhaps we would also finally learn the details of Deval’s bust-out corporate career at Coke and Texaco. Both gigs ended in the same abrupt way, with nondisclosure agreements and huge severance packages.
Deval "Quota" Patrick , in brief.
