Sharpening his populist rhetoric just three days before the Iowa caucuses, Democratic White House hopeful Bernie Sanders on Friday singled out some of the country’s largest corporations whose taxes would increase if he is elected president.No word yet on when Comrade Sanders is going to call out Harvard for not paying their "fair share".
Appearing before a boisterous crowd of about 1,000 people here, the Vermont senator said that General Electric, Boeing and Verizon had paid no federal income taxes during tax years 2008 through 2013, a stretch when they collectively made profits of more than $102 billion.
