Virginia Overtakes Illinois. Illinois no longer worst in moves out of the state.

Crain's Chicago Business reports:
Illinois is moving up in the world—sort of.

The Land of Lincoln no longer is the worst state in the union when it comes to net household moves out of the state performed by Allied Van Lines. The new champ is Virginia, which inched out Illinois in 2015, according to Allied's annual Magnet States Report.

But save the Champagne for later in the week, folks. Illinois still ranked 49th of 50 states in net moves, and has ranked at the bottom, either 49th or 50th, every year since at least 2010.

Here's the bad but not unexpected news—which I suspect you'll hear certain folks in Gov. Bruce Rauner's administration talk about quite soon.
You'll notice the MSM never asks Barack Obama on why his home state isn't doing too well.
