As any honest political scientist will tell you: in voting you can't always get what you want because humans do make errors. Do tenured political scientists want us to believe , in 37 Chicago precincts not a single individual accidentally voted for Mitt Romney? So, the statistical probability of voter fraud in those 37 precincts is approaching 100%. No matter what the "political" scientists at Scholars Strategy Network claim. No word yet on whether the Scholars Strategy Network has heard of Pat Marcy or Alderman Fred Roti the "high ranking made member" of the Chicago Mob elected to Chicago's City Council.
