Police union calls for Tarantino boycott after anti-cop rally

The New York Post reports:
The city’s police union is calling for a boycott of Quentin Tarantino films after the “Pulp Fiction” director blasted officers during an anti-cop rally Saturday — less than a week after a decorated Finest was killed by a street punk.

“When I see murders, I do not stand by . . . I have to call a murder a murder, and I have to call the murderers the murderers,” the notorious violence-depicting cinematographer told a crowd of protesters in Washington Square Park, saying that cops are too often “murderers.”

Patrick Lynch, the president of the Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association, said in a statement Sunday, “It’s no surprise that someone who makes a living glorifying crime and violence is a cop-hater, too.
Quentin Tarantino: hypocrite extraordinaire.
