Should House Republicans sponsor a campus bill of rights for those accused of rape? Should the bill be named after Nancy Pelosi's brother Franklin D'Alesandro ? A meaningful title would be the Franklin D'Alesandro Civil Rights Bill. We are sure Nancy Pelosi wouldn't approve of false rape accusations even when you are 20 years old and 11 and 13 year old girls are involved.
