Chicago Public Schools Had 438, 589 Students in 2002 , Now Only 367,499. About 260 Chicago Public Schools lose money due to enrollment losses

The Chicago Tribune reports on Chicago Public Schools:
The district said 10th day enrollment totaled 367,499. In 2002, the district's enrollment was 438,589.
The exodus out of Chicago ... continues no matter what the "urban boosters" tell you. Chicago Public School System numbers would be helped if Arne Duncan and Rahm Emanuel would send their children there.
