Dead and Company -- the new Grateful Dead spinoff featuring percussionists Mickey Hart and Bill Kreutzmann and vocalist-guitarist Bob Weir -- have added a Nov. 1 date at Madison Square Garden.When the last show: isn't the last show.
The troupe, which will also include vocalist-guitarist John Mayer, Allman Brothers' bassist Oteil Burbridge and RatDog keyboardist Jeff Chimenti, also performs on Halloween night (Oct. 31) at Madison Square Garden in New York.
The set lists will draw heavily from the Grateful Dead songbook.
"We're not done with these songs and they're not done with us," Weir said in a news release. "We're gonna take these old friends on some new adventures."
