Supreme Court rules that ObamaCare is so elastic, that the law can apply to state exchanges or the federal exchange. Here's the opinion. The dissenting Justices have warned:
Words no longer have meaning if an Exchange that is not established by a State is “established by the State.”Just a reminder, the Executive branch can now tell the IRS to do almost anything.
