Poll: Aaron Rodgers Might Be Most Popular Person in America Today

Post-Crescent Media reports:

Aaron Rodgers is by far the most popular person in Wisconsin.

This month, a Public Policy Polling survey found that 79 percent of Wisconsin voters have a favorable opinion of the Green Bay Packers quarterback. In fact, the polling folks said, "It's hard to find anyone that universally well-liked in just about any state."

What I want to know is who are the 6 percent who find him unfavorable, and why the heck did the poll takers let Chicago Bears fans slip in there.

It's a fun poll to read, but those numbers translate into what we've seen at The Post-Crescent, especially in our social-media numbers. If there's a story about Rodgers — or even better yet, a photo of Rodgers and his girlfriend, Olivia Munn — it goes insane on Facebook.
