Mass. ObamaCare Agency Creates Anger: Customers angered by coverage hurdles

The Boston Herald reports:
A new wave of maddening problems has hit the state’s ever-embattled Obamacare agency, as enraged customers complain of triple charges, abrupt termination notices and hourlong waits to speak to unhelpful support reps.

“I’m absolutely livid at the Health Connector, and I’m this close to filing an action against them,” said Stefan Jouret, a Boston attorney who estimates he’s spent more than 10 hours on the phone and in person at the Connector’s offices to no avail. “I’m utterly appalled at what I’ve seen.”

Jouret told the Herald he’s facing an $11,000 medical bill from an eye surgery earlier this month after the Connector retroactively canceled his insurance. He found out about the termination, not from the Connector, but only after a pharmacy tech told him he had no insurance when he tried to pay for prescriptions just two hours after the surgery.

“They never told me, and I’m the insured,” Jouret said.
This is what Barack Obama calls an improvement in health care!
