Justice Kennedy to Challengers of State Subsidies : "It may well be that you're correct as to these words, and there's nothing we can do,"

Reuters has the story on today's ObamaCare challenge. Is Justice Kennedy going to side with the Obama regime? It's not clear. But, one sentence by Justice Kennedy does seem to give the challengers more than a little hope.
