Chicago investigates how Chicago Mob Linked Ald. Burke's street got plowed early and often during blizzard

The Chicago Sun-Times reports:

Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s administration says it’s investigating how the lightly trafficked block of Ald. Edward Burke got special treatment from city snowplow crews during last week’s massive blizzard.
