Valerie Jarrett Thinks She Knows The Benefits Package to Be A Successful Company : White House Makes Big Push For Paid Family Leave

The Huffington Post reports:

"If our U.S. employers are going to be globally competitive, they'll need to be able to attract the best and the brightest minds," Jarrett said. "And in order to attract them, family-friendly workplace policies will be key."

Many companies are quite successful without providing paid leave as a benefit. No word yet on whether Valerie Jarrett thinks she knows how many computers a corporation should buy to compete successfully in the global economy.
