Living longer is just a walk in the park, say scientists

The London Times reports:
A brisk 20-minute walk a day cuts the risk of early death by up to a third, according to a big study that suggests laziness is a bigger killer than obesity.

A small amount of daily exercise had huge health benefits, but getting even more active showed diminishing returns, according to a study of 334,000 people from around Europe.
