Comrade Jan Schakowsky: Raise the Millionaires tax

Comrade Schakowsky wants to raises taxes:
From the Great Depression in the 1930s to 1986, our country experienced unprecedented economic growth and opportunity, and the American Dream was within reach for almost everyone. Over that period, the top income tax rate was as much as 94% and never less than 50%.
Economic growth was much higher between 1872 and 1913 before there was a federal income tax.
