Illinois Review reports on how Chicago police laughed at Julie Bosman of the New York Times:
“She came in thinking she was Steven Spielberg or something shooting a movie” demanding all kinds of protections says a law enforcement source with knowledge of the Chicago police. “The police laughed at her.”Ms. Bosman feels defeat. No word on whether Ms. Bowman will be doing stories for the NYT on how having a handgun in Chicago makes you feel safer when the cops can't be there in time.
