Tech firms hire a lot of Asians, and the NBA hires a lot of blacks. What’s the big deal?

Carpe Diem on some successful companies that are overly Asian-American. Does the EEOC the hate Asian- Americans more than you think???
Tech Crunch’s claim that Amazon’s workforce skews towards white men isn’t really accurate; rather, it would be more accurate to say that tech firm workforces (including Amazon) skew toward minority men of Asian ethnicity. So let’s be very clear here – the main complaint against tech firms can’t really be that they hire too many whites, but that they hire too many Asian minorities. Therefore, to the extent that tech firms are pressured to hire more minorities of black and Hispanic ethnicity, that would mean that they would be pressured to discriminate against minority men of Asian background.
Something to think about.
